The Violation Management System (VMS) is a Cloud-hosted back office. It can be used by public and private-sector organisations as an internal, private Cloud but is also used by Truvelo (UK) to provide hosted, Enforcement as a Service solutions.
The VMS uses Microsoft Azure, which is now increasingly accepted by UK policing organisations for handling original offence data. It provides end-to-end management of all types of criminal and civil offences which are handled by automated enforcement systems.
This highly capable solution works with all of Truvelo (UK)’s spot speed, red light and mobile enforcement solutions, as well as its speed information displays. It can accept inputs from many different manufacturers’ enforcement technologies, not just those provided by Truvelo (UK).
As well as supporting automated enforcement, the VMS provides an additional ongoing traffic data collection, processing and interpretation capability. Applications include general infrastructure monitoring as well as providing the evidence needed to justify the installation of enforcement cameras, for instance.
The VMS is available internationally.
